EXPORT FINANCE AND INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT 1974 No. 122 of 1974 - SECT 43

43. (1) The business and other affairs of the Corporation shall be conducted
and controlled by the Board and, subject to sections 11 and 39, the policy of
the Corporation with respect to any matter shall be determined by the Board.

(2) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Corporation
by the Board, or with the authority of the Board, shall be deemed to have been
done by the Corporation.
