EXPORT FINANCE AND INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT 1974 No. 122 of 1974 - SECT 28

28. For the purposes of this Division, each of the following is an approved
cause of loss:-

   (a)  expropriation of property;

   (b)  damage to or destruction of property caused by a war-like operation;

   (c)  inability to transfer money to Australia from another country.
