EXPORT EXPANSION GRANTS ACT 1978 No. 162 of 1978 - SECT 19

19. (1) Where any amount of grant to a person has been paid in consequence of
the making of a statement, or the presentation of a book, record or document,
by or on behalf of the person that was, whether or not to the knowledge of the
person, false or misleading, that person shall be indebted to the Commonwealth
in an amount equal to the amount so paid, and the amount of that indebtedness
may be-

   (a)  deducted from moneys payable to that person under this Act; or

   (b)  recovered from that person by the Commonwealth in a court of competent
        jurisdiction.

(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), a certificate purporting to be signed
by the Chairman of the Board, or by a person for the time being acting in the
office of Chairman of the Board, and stating that an amount of grant has been
paid in consequence of the making of a statement, or the presentation of a
book, record or document, is, upon mere production, receivable as prima facie
evidence of that fact.
