EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 176 of 1995 - SECT 3

3. The Employment, Education and Training Act 1988 is amended in accordance
with the applicable items in the Schedules to this Act, and the other items in
the Schedules have effect according to their terms.
