Section 67 AMENDMENTS of REGULATIONS
Overseas Students Charge Regulations Subparagraph 4 (c) (ii):
Omit "university or college of advanced education", substitute "higher
education institution". Paragraph 5 (a):
Omit "university or college of advanced education", substitute "higher
education institution".
Student Assistance Regulations Paragraph 4 (a):
Omit the paragraph, substitute the following paragraph:

"(a) is specified in Schedule 2 or 5 of the States Grants (Tertiary
Education Assistance) Act 1987;". Paragraph 4A (a):
Omit all words after "that", substitute "is specified in Schedule 1 of the
States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance) Act 1987".
