EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1988 No. 80 of 1988 - SECT 63

63. (1) The Minister shall, before the expiration of 5 years from the
commencement of this Act, cause a review to be conducted of the operations of
the Board, the Councils and the Consultative Committee.

(2) Any report on the findings of the review shall be laid by the Minister
before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after
the receipt of a report by the Minister.
