EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1988 No. 80 of 1988 - SECT 62

62. (1) The Minister may delegate to the Chairperson of the Board all or any
of his or her powers to grant leave of absence (other than leave of absence to
the Chairperson of the Board) under this Act.

(2) The Minister may delegate to:

   (a)  the Chairperson of the Board; or

   (b)  the Secretary, or an officer, of the Department; all or any of his or
        her powers relating to the making of grants of financial assistance
        under Part VII.
