EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1988 No. 80 of 1988 - SECT 41

41. The functions of the Consultative Committee are, either on its own motion
or as requested by the Board or a Council, to give information and advice to
the Board and to any of the Councils with respect to matters relating to the
policies and priorities of the Commonwealth and of each State in the fields of
employment, education, training and research.
