EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1988 No. 80 of 1988 - SECT 4

4. (1) The Minister may declare that Schedule 1 is amended in the manner
specified in the declaration and the declaration shall have effect
accordingly.

(2) A declaration under subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument for the
purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.

(3) For the purposes of section 8 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, a
declaration under subsection (1) that amends Schedule 1 by way of repealing
part of the Schedule shall be deemed to be an Act that repeals that part of
the Schedule.
