EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1988 No. 80 of 1988 - SECT 37

37. (1) A committee shall consist of such number of members as are appointed
by the Board with the approval of the Minister.

(2) A committee may:

   (a)  consist wholly of persons who are members of its parent body or any of
        its parent bodies; or

   (b)  comprise at least one person referred to in paragraph (a) and persons
        other than persons referred to in that paragraph.

(3) A member of a committee:

   (a)  holds office for such period as is specified in the instrument of
        appointment; and

   (b)  is eligible for re-appointment.

(4) A member of a committee may resign office by writing signed by the member
and delivered to the Board.

(5) The Board may, at any time, with the approval of the Minister, terminate
the appointment of a member of a committee.
