EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1988 No. 80 of 1988 - SECT 36

36. (1) The Minister may, on being so requested in writing by the Board,
establish a committee to assist:

   (a)  the Board;

   (b)  such Councils as are specified in the request; or

   (c)  the Board and such Councils as are specified in the request; in
        carrying out its functions or their functions in relation to such
        matters as are approved by the Minister.

(2) The Minister may, at any time, on his or her own motion or at the request
of the Board, dissolve a committee established under this section.
