EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1988 No. 80 of 1988 - SECT 35

35. (1) Subject to this section, Division 2 (other than section 11, subsection
15 (1), paragraph 20 (2) (c) and section 21) of Part II applies to each of the
Councils as if:

   (a)  any reference in that Division to the Board were a reference to that
        Council; and

   (b)  the reference in subsection 22 (1) to the Minister were a reference to
        the Board.

(2) The Minister may, at any time and for any reason, terminate the
appointment of a member appointed under subsection 32 (3).
