EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1988 No. 80 of 1988 - SECT 34

34. The Chairperson of the Board may attend any meeting of a Council of which
he or she is not a member and take part in any deliberations at that meeting
but he or she is not entitled to vote on any question arising for decision at
that meeting.
