EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1988 No. 80 of 1988 - SECT 18

Resignation of office 
18. (1) The Chairperson, or Deputy Chairperson, of the Board may resign his or
her office by writing signed by him or her and delivered to the
Governor-General.

(2) A member of the Board (other than the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson)
may resign his or her office by writing signed by the member and delivered to
the Governor-General.
