EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1988 No. 80 of 1988 - SECT 15

15. (1) A member of the Board appointed on a full-time basis shall not, except
with the approval of the Minister, engage in paid employment outside the
duties of the office of the member.

(2) A member of the Board appointed on a part-time basis shall not engage in
any paid employment that, in the opinion of the Minister, conflicts with the
proper performance of the functions of the member.
