EXPORT CONTROL AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 87 of 1991 - SECT 9
Persons to assist authorised officers
9. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (1)
"$1,000 or imprisonment for 6 months, or both" and substituting
"Imprisonment for 6 months".
