Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts17. Order 17B of the Export Control (Fees) Orders made under the Export Control (Orders) Regulations has effect, and is taken always to have had effect, as if section 16 of this Act had commenced immediately before that order was made.
