EXTRADITION (COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES) AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 17 of 1985 - SECT 13
Discharge of fugitive who is not conveyed out of Australia within 2 months
13. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended -
(a) by omitting from paragraph (b) "another court, the date of the
decision of the other court" and substituting "the Full Court of the
Federal Court, the date of the decision of the Full Court"; and
(b) by inserting "Federal Court, or the" before "Supreme Court".
