Export Control Act 1982 No. 47 of 1982 - SECT 9
Contravention of licence conditions, &c.
9. Where a licence or permission granted under the regulations is subject to a
condition or restriction to be complied with by a person, the person shall
comply with the condition or restriction and, if he fails to do so, he is
guilty of an offence punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding $50,000.
