ELECTORAL AND REFERENDUM AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 133 of 1984 - SECT 5

5. Section 329 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (2);

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (4) ", (2)"; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-sections (6) and (7) and substituting the following
        sub-section:



"(6) In this section, 'publish' includes publish by radio or television.".
