EXCISE AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1979 No. 50 of 1979 - SECT 4
Allowance of rebates
4. Section 77M of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub-section (2)
''or, if a declared amount is applicable to that oil, the declared amount
per kilolitre'' after ''$18.90 per kilolitre'' (wherever occurring).
