EXTRADITION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 76 of 1990 - SECT 9
Evidence for purposes of surrender of persons to Australia
9. Section 43 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "who";
(b) by omitting from subsection (1) "in Australia".
