EVIDENCE ACT 1995 No. 2 of 1995 - SECT 25
Rights to make unsworn statements unaffected
25. This Act does not affect any right that a defendant in a criminal
proceeding has under a law of a State or a Territory to make an unsworn
statement. Note: The NSW Act has no equivalent provision for section 25.
