BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:- Short title and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Dried Vine Fruits Stabilization Amendment Act 1976.*1* (2) The Dried Vine Fruits Stabilization Act 1971*2* is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Dried Vine Fruits Stabilization Act 1971-1976. DRIED VINE FRUITS STABILIZATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 12 of 1976 - SECT 2 Commencement. 2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*1* DRIED VINE FRUITS STABILIZATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 12 of 1976 - SECT 3 Season to which Act applies. 3. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section (1) the word ''four'' and substituting the word ''five''.
