DRIED VINE FRUITS EQUALIZATION ACT 1978 No. 195 of 1978 - SECT 9

9. Moneys of the Fund may be invested by the Corporation-

   (a)  in interest-bearing deposits with an approved bank;

   (b)  in any securities of, or guaranteed by, the Commonwealth or a State;

   (c)  by way of loan to a corporation, being a corporation declared by the
        Reserve Bank for the purposes of regulations in force under the
        Banking Act 1959 to be an authorized dealer in the short-term money
        market, upon the security of securities of the Commonwealth; or

   (d)  in any other manner approved by the Minister for Finance.
