DEPARTURE TAX COLLECTION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 159 of 1994 - SECT 9
Powers of authorised officers
9. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting fromparagraph
(1)(b) and subsection (2) "tax" and substituting "charge".
