DEFENCE SERVICE HOMES AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 124 of 1988 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1 and 2 commence on the day on which this Act receives the
Royal Assent.

(2) Section 15 commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation, being a day that is earlier than the day fixed under subsection
(2).
