(1) The time for making a payment under an agreement to which this Part applies is, by force of this section, postponed in accordance with this Division. (2) The time for making a payment of rates to which this Part applies is, by force of this section, postponed in accordance with this Division. (3) A time is postponed by this section even if the time had already passed when the member began to render the relevant service. (4) However, this section does not prevent a person from making a payment before the time to which payment is postponed.
