DARWIN RECONSTRUCTION ACT 1975 No. 2 of 1975 - SECT 49

49. (1) The Chairman of the Commission or the General Manager, or a person
appointed by the Chairman of the Commission or the General Manager to
represent the Commission, may attend meetings of the Council.

(2) Meetings of the Council shall be held in public unless, in the case of a
particular meeting, the Council is satisfied that special circumstances exist
that justify the holding of the meeting otherwise than in public.

(3) The procedure of the Council shall be as determined by the Council.
