Punishment of grave breaches of Conventions


19. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (6) and
substituting the following sub-section:

''(6) An offence against this section shall not be prosecuted in a court
except by indictment in the name of the Attorney-General or of the Director of
Public Prosecutions.''.
