DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1990 No. 21 of 1991 - SECT 4

4. Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "section 54 of the
Lands Acquisition Act 1955" from the definition of "defence land" in
subsection (1) and substituting " section 122 of the Lands Acquisition Act 
1989 ".
