DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1990 No. 21 of 1991 - SECT 16

16. Section 42 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsections (2)
and (3) ", as indexed in accordance with subsection 98B (5A)," after "$312 per
annum".
