DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1988 No. 104 of 1988 - SECT 37
Attachment of pensions
37. Section 85A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the penalty set
out at the foot of subsection (8) and substituting the following penalty:
"Penalty:
(a) if the offender is a natural person-$100 or imprisonment for 3 months;
or (b) if the offender is a body corporate-$500.".
