DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1988 No. 104 of 1988 - SECT 29

29. Section 71 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(1) (b) "Administration of a Territory" and substituting "Northern Territory,
by the Administration of a Territory (including the Northern Territory)".
