DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 95 of 1993 - SECT 29

29. A person who, immediately before the commencement of this Act, held office
as a trustee of a fund, or as a chairman of trustees of a fund, appointed
under section 5 of the Principal Act continues to hold office as if the person
had been appointed by the Minister under section 5 of the Principal Act as
amended by this Act.
