DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 100 of 1988 - SECT 16

Discharge of sailors who are enlisted until attaining retiring age

16. Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subparagraph (5) (b) (i) "special" (first occurring);

   (b)  by omitting from subparagraph (5) (b) (ii) "or" (first occurring) and
        substituting "and".
