DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 65 of 1987 - SECT 9
Delegation
9. Section 8A of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(3) the following subsection:
"(3A) The delegate is, in the exercise of a power delegated under this
section, subject to the directions of the Chief of the Air Staff.".
