DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 65 of 1987 - SECT 69

69. (1) Section 44B of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "sections 8 and 10" and substituting

"section 8";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (3) "13," after "11,"; and

   (c)  by inserting after subsection (6) the following subsection:

"(6A) The delegate is, in the exercise of a power delegated under this
section, subject to the directions of the person who made the delegation.".

(2) Section 44B of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (3)
"28," after "17A,".
