DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 65 of 1987 - SECT 49

Increase in certain pensions 
49. Section 98B of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (1) "6 State" (wherever occurring) and
        substituting "8";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (1) "1974" and substituting "1985";

   (c)  by omitting from subsection (3) "6 State" (wherever occurring) and
        substituting "8"; and

   (d)  by omitting from subsection (3) "1974" and substituting "1985".
