Defence Legislation Amendment Act 1984 No. 164 of 1984 - SECT 88

88. Section 131 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:

"(4) The regulations may make provision for or in relation to a matter by
applying, adopting or incorporating, with or without modification, any of the
provisions of a determination, as in force at a particular time or as in force
from time to time, made under section 58B or 58H of the Defence Act 1903 or
under section 82D of the Public Service Act 1922.".
