Defence Legislation Amendment Act 1984 No. 164 of 1984 - SECT 71
Qualifications for appointment
71. Section 180 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by inserting in sub-section (1) "Justice or" after "has been a"; and
(b) by omitting from sub-section (3) all the words after "General".
