Defence Legislation Amendment Act 1984 No. 164 of 1984 - SECT 6
Service of the Australian Air Force Reserve
6. Section 4J of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-sections
(3) and (4) "prescribed authority" and substituting "Chief of the Air Staff".
