Defence Legislation Amendment Act 1984 No. 164 of 1984 - SECT 52

52. Section 115 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) "and to sub-section (1A) of this
        section" after "63";

   (b)  by inserting after sub-section (1) the following sub-section:



"(1A) A court martial does not have jurisdiction to try a charge of a
custodial offence."; and
(c) by inserting in sub-section (2) "or 125 (6) or 129A (4)" after
"sub-section 103 (6) or (7)".
