Defence Legislation Amendment Act 1984 No. 164 of 1984 - SECT 49
Dealing with a charge by commanding officer
49. Section 110 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(1) (a) "try the charge" and substituting "make a decision to try the charge
under that sub-section".
