DAIRY INDUSTRY STABILIZATION AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 94 of 1978 - SECT 9

9. After section 24 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Applications for review
''24A. (1) Application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
a review of a quota determined under section 11A or for review of a variation
of such a quota.

''(2) The principles in accordance with which the Minister was, by virtue of
sub-section 11A (4), required to act in determining the quota or the variation
are the principles in accordance with which the Administrative Appeals
Tribunal shall act in reviewing the quota or the variation.''.
