Short title.
DAIRY INDUSTRY ASSISTANCE LEVY ACT 1977
No. 55 of 1977 An Act to impose a levy upon certain Fresh Milk Products
produced in Australia.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Dairy Industry Assistance Levy Act 1977.*1*
