External review--review by Administrative Appeals Tribunal of internal review decisions
(1) Application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of an internal review decision.
(2) A declared loan provider is not entitled to apply to the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of an internal review decision.
