DEFENCE FORCE SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 126 of 1991 - SECT 9

9. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (5) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(5) In the absence of the Chairman from a meeting of the Authority:

   (a)  if the deputy of the Chairman is present - he or she is to preside at
        the meeting; and

   (b)  if the deputy of the Chairman is not present - the Deputy Chairman is
        to preside at the meeting.".
