DEFENCE FORCE SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 126 of 1991 - SECT 36
Re-instatement of members rendering continuous full-time service
36. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection
(2) "Rules 62 and 63 of the Superannuation Rules," after "provided by".
