DEFENCE FORCE SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 126 of 1991 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subsection 4 (1) and sections 15, 18 and 22 are taken to have commenced on
1 July 1990.
